Registration of a Child as Daily Participant (0-14 years)

Children up to the age of 5 May attend the convention if they are supervised by a parent/legal guardian or an authorized adult. This also applies to participation in the workshops. Accompanying persons are only permitted to attend the workshops in order to fulfil their duty of supervision. The active participation of the accompanying person in the workshops is only permitted, if this person is registered as a folding participant for the convention. For the registration of the accompanying person please fill in the form Registration as Daily Participant (15 years and older).

Following cancellation fees apply (applicable from receival date of cancellation):
from 5 February 2024: 45 % of convention fee
from 4 March 2024: 60 % of convention fee
from 1 April 2024: 75 % of convention fee
In case of cancellation after 23 April 2024 or non-attendance: 100 % of convention fee.
