Please send a separate registration for each person!

Type of participant

Select whether you would like to take part in the convention as a folder aged 15 and over, as an accompanying person, or whether you would like to register a child aged 14 and under.

The following persons can register as an accompanying person:

- Spouses or partners who accompany a folder and do not fold themselves

- Legal guardians or authorised representatives who accompany folding children and do not fold themselves

Please note: Children up to the age of 14 can only attend the convention if they are supervised by a parent/guardian or authorised adult. This also applies to participation in the workshops. Accompanying persons of children are only admitted to the workshops to fulfil their duty of supervision; active participation in the workshops requires registration as a folder.

Choose whether you/your child will register as a day participant without overnight stay or as a participant with overnight accommodation at the GSI Bonn.

Please note:

A child up to the age of 14 can currently only be registered as a day participant.
It is no longer possible to register with an overnight stay at the GSI Bonn, as the double rooms and twin rooms with an extra bed are currently fully booked.
We have a waiting list for these if a room becomes available.

Overnight stay of a child in a double room with 2 or 1 adult

In a double room with 2 adults, a baby cot can be booked for a child up to 2 years of age or
an extra bed for a child from 3 to 14 years.
Please note that when booking a double room for a child together with an adult, a reduced price for the overnight stay cannot be granted.

The BZ Erkner offers:
- Single rooms
- Double rooms
- Double rooms (accessible)

The rooms are equipped with telephone, (flatscreen-)TV, desk, shower/WC, hair dryer, safe, and free Wi-Fi.

Please note:

Only single rooms are currently bookable.
The double and twin rooms are fully booked. We have a waiting list for these should a room become available.

Additional fee for non-members

Please note that an additional fee applies to folders who are not members of Origami Deutschland e.V.
The fee is as follows:
- Adults aged 18 and over: 35 €
- Teenagers aged 15-17: 20 €

Following cancellation fees apply (applicable from receival date of cancellation):
from 1st February 2026: 45 % of convention fees*
from 1st March 2026: 60 % of convention fees*
from 1st April 2026: 75 % of convention fees*
In case of cancellation after 22nd April 2025 or non-attendance: 100 % of convention fees*.
* incl. additional nights/meals if applicable
